I decided to join BIN because I saw a friend of mine at the gym have great results with the program. I was tired of how restrictive my diet was and I was really unhappy. I have to admit that for me it was a process to trust someone. I am a doctor and sometimes we think we know a lot, but we also need coaches to guide us through the things we struggle with. Every check-in Nicole was willing to explain to me what we were doing and why.
