We offer a variety of strength and endurance programs designed for all levels. Choose from our main or add-on programs, custom programming (with out without coaching) or pregnancy & postpartum programs.
Main Programs
Join a community of members following one of our main programs. These full training programs have 5-6 days of structured, progressive workouts each week. You’ll not only receive a well-rounded training plan, but also connect with others on a similar journey, sharing progress and supporting one another. Programming is delivered weekly through the TrainHeroic app.

LOOK GOOD, FEEL FIT
A well rounded approach to improve body composition and increase overall fitness. To be done in a one-hour time block, this program consists of a warm up, main lift, accessory superset, then finishes with a conditioning piece. YEAR ROUND UPHILL SHAPE
For trail runners, hikers, backpackers, mountaineers and/or backcountry skiers who want to be in uphill shape year round, sun or snow. This program will build your ability to power uphill on uneven terrain with a pack on by building both strength and endurance so you can go on longer, steeper adventures to amazing places.

For lifters who want to be fitter/faster and runners who want to be stronger. This program balances the unique stresses of running and lifting so that you can get the best of both worlds and become your fittest, fastest and strongest self. Distance options to choose to improve – 5k, 10k or half marathon.

LIFT BIG, GET STRONG
This program is for the barbell aficionado looking to become their strongest and most powerful self. Barbell movements dominate, featuring a solid mix of powerlifting (squat, bench, and deadlift) and weightlifting (snatch, and clean & jerk) to maximize strength and power.

DUMBBELL 40

MINIMAL& EFFECTIVE
This dumbbell and bodyweight only program is for anyone with limited access to gym equipment and wants to get an effective, FUNctional workout done in 40 minutes or less. This “do it anywhere” program will sharpen your physique, boost your energy levels, and have you feeling fit AF with minimal time commitment.
Add-On Programs
Join a community of members following our add-on programs. These 3x per week programs made up of shorter sessions are designed to complement and enhance your training. Ideal for targeting specific areas, boosting performance, eliminating weaknesses, and/or adding variety to your routine. Programming is delivered weekly through the TrainHeroic app.

Thrust, squat and hinge your way to stronger, bigger glutes (the largest muscles of the human body!) with this "power-building" lower body add on program. Great for aesthetics and performance.

Designed to complement your strength training or be a stand-alone cardio program. Long days are steady state and continuous, short days are intense sprint workouts, medium days are traditional intervals.

Designed to complement your strength training. Best for those who enjoy adding functional fitness style workouts for cardio. Endurance athletes in need of cross training sessions will also benefit from this program.

DOWNHILL

This focuses on eccentric control and endurance for the DOWNHILL journey in outdoor sport. Our DPT created this program using skier and runner specific research to assist in injury prevention.
Custom Programming & Coaching
We offer sport/goal specific custom programming - with and without coaching - for those with big or specific goals that can’t be met through our main training programs. You can work with a coach for a few months to prepare for a specific objective, race, trip, meet, comp, etc or build a long-term, ongoing relationship with your coach and work together to choose new goals as time goes on.

CUSTOM PROGRAMMING

After filling out our intake form and having a brief welcome call with your coach, you’ll start receiving your goal-specific, individualized programming one week at a time in FinalSurge, TrainHeroic or both. You’ll leave any necessary feedback and notes on your sessions in order for your coach to progress or tweak your program as needed, but otherwise won’t communicate with your coach (unless necessary) or receive feedback on your training, which is monitored weekly.

CUSTOM PROGRAMMING WITH COACHING

After filling out our intake form and having a brief welcome call with your coach, you’ll start receiving your goal-specific, individualized programming one week at a time in FinalSurge, TrainHeroic or both. Your coach will reply to your notes and feedback on your training, which is monitored daily. Additionally, your coach will be in your corner to answer questions, offer emotional support, help you plan/prepare, guide you on scheduling training for secondary goals, and more.

We use TrainHeroic to help track and measure your progress each workout. TrainHeroic delivers an easy to use system that sends you the workouts, video instruction and sharing, and connectivity with a coach.

The workouts are published every Sunday for the upcoming week! This gives our clients the flexibility of moving sessions around for that week while staying on track for that current cycle!

No problem! With TrainHeroic you can move that workout to a different day and still record all your stats as usual!

It’s best to jump in when you sign up! We understand everyone may not start at the beginning of a cycle, however, our programs are all periodized and based on progression so you will benefit from starting as soon as you join and start!
