Black Iron Pelvic Floor + Core
We have TWO options for this program:
1) A Pregnancy Version
2) A Postpartum Version (more than 4 months postpartum)
You will be able to note at checkout which one you need.
NOTE: If you are 4 months or less postpartum, this is NOT recommended for you. Our POSTPARTUM rehab program is the program for you.
You will receive one Pelvic Floor and Core routine to do weekly. This can be done 3-4x a week and can be done as a warmup or cooldown to your workout for the day, at a different point in the day, or even done on a “rest day” or day you are not wanting or able to workout. The workouts follow you through each week of pregnancy and are specifically designed with THAT WEEK in mind.
There are video and text explanations for everything and you will learn how to properly diaphragmatic breath, find and engage your TVA both at rest and with movement, and be taught exercises that will benefit your core and pelvic floor health not only throughout this pregnancy journey, but into postpartum and beyond! A lot of these exercises will show up again in our Postpartum Rehab program, so this is a great head start to working on them. We do recommend purchasing the Pelvic Floor and Core Ebook to go along with this program so you get the most out of it and FULLY understand how to work through the movements and exercises.
