TESTIMONIAL 
I started working with BIN at the end of July when I was finally done being uncomfortable in my body.

I’m developing healthy everyday eating habits, while also preparing for novice CrossFit competitions. My coach has taught me how to fuel my body so that I feel the best I can both inside and outside of the gym. More carbs and still losing weight?! Okay!

I’m 17lbs down, over 3” from my waist gone, and I’m stronger than ever! 

I’m excited to see how this journey continues into the New Year.
