TESTIMONIAL
I started with BIN after working (and failing) to lose weight following a total knee replacement in summer '18. I've been a CrossFitter and CrossFit coach for almost ten years, so the workout piece was consistent. What wasn't consistent was my food intake, and as a result my weight bounced around depending on whatever challenge we had going at the gym. I always reminded my clients, "You can't outwork a fork," but I didn't listen to my own advice very well.

My kids are grown, and I just want to be able to enjoy getting older with my wife without joint pain, and without totally giving up the things I love to eat (and drink). I was always miserable in our challenges, even when I lost weight, because I had to abstain from drinking or eating certain foods. I decided I would never do another gym challenge that barred me from having a beer! (Good beer is damned good after all, and there's never been a better time to be a beer drinker. It certainly wasn't worth it to me to miss out on that to be thinner.)

I was convinced that if I paid attention and took care of everything else I was putting in my mouth, I could work around a few beers or a bourbon every once in a while. I also wanted to be able to eat what my wife was cooking, without having to prepare all my meals alone.

BIN allowed me to do all of that, albeit with a scale in the middle, so I was able to capture everything that I put in. That can a bit tricky sometimes, I admit, but it's a small price to pay to feel good, and see results.

My coaches were great from the start, and I felt they really listened and tried to help me achieve what I wanted with the "guardrails" that I felt I needed. After three months I switched out to the Condensed Lifestyle program and have continued to see great results. Acacia has been awesome to work with, and again she has helped me work through the added piece of being home for the past three and a half months.

All and all, I can honestly say I couldn't have done this without the folks at BIN, and the discipline that comes with their program. Better yet, I know that I am ready to tackle whatever comes from a food and fitness scenario be it a few days off to go away with my wife, and injury or a minor illness. I know I can get right back on track within a few days of returning, and leaning on my coaches at BIN to get me through.

It is worth every penny I have spent, and I would encourage anyone who has tried (and failed) at other plans to give this a shot.
