HER STORY
We are so proud of our client who built a strong foundation surrounding her knowledge of nutrition by joining our 8-week BIN Beginner program before transitioning to our Lifestyle Nutrition program.
With the guidance and support of her coach Chloe they focused on eating at maintenance for 12 weeks, went into a 12-week cut, and are now doing a reverse diet to increase her calories while maintaining the progress she has made.
In the past 6 months, she has lost 23 pounds and 4.75 inches—all while going to Peru for a week and focusing on balanced plates while visiting her family on the weekends. This is why learning the basics first is such an important tool for long-term success.
