I started working with Nicole Roggow in the Lifestyle program at the beginning of November 2020. My goals were to dial in my nutrition and improve my performance/strength as a CrossFit athlete. I not only learned the importance of fueling your body properly and staying consistent, but above all, that progress takes time. In November 2021, I switched over to the Condensed Lifestyle program with Nicole Nordenstrom after becoming more confident with macro tracking and nutrition in general. As my goals have changed from solely CrossFit performance to now bodybuilding and aesthetics, my coaches have been right alongside me, supporting me in making changes to begin seeing results. And with their help, I have been able to balance life better. While juggling a busy schedule as a college student, I am still seeing improvements in the gym weekly. Without BIN and my coaches, I don't think I would be where I am performance-wise, and most importantly, mentally. Consistency is more important than perfection.
