I reached out to a coach due to seeing a lack of progress mainly because of my inability to stay consistent when trying to obtain fat loss. I needed accountability and someone to "report to". This has been a complete game-changer. I have learned (most importantly) how to break bad diet habits, prioritize daily movement numbers, and stick to the process even when the scale does not want to move. Joyce has been so encouraging and patient with me. I have loved the week-at-a-time check-ins mid-week!
I finally learned that working out at home still counts, and I’m not a failure for not making it to the CrossFit gym class.
I am already finally fitting back into my scrubs better for work, my favorite lulu shorts, and leggings. I personally like feeling lean, and this has helped me feel great again. I will be 2 years postpartum in July from having 2 babies 18 months apart. One thing Joyce said to me that has really hit hard is that with being a mom, it can literally take us longer to get where we want to be physically. We have more on our plate, more to do, and more to take care of. I've learned to be okay with that and continue with the process one day at a time!
I also feel like we are just getting started :)
