Before I started with Black Iron Nutrition I was convinced that the only way I could see results would be a lifetime of restriction. I felt tired and hungry all the time, and I was struggling in the gym. I knew my nutrition was the culprit, but didn't know how to fix it after trying diet after diet. Now, thanks to my coach Nicole I'm eating more and feel the strongest, healthiest, and happiest I've been in a long time! As for my workouts, I've noticed a major improvement in my lifts and recovery. I've reached PRs that I didn't think were possible when I first started lifting.
Nicole has been such a positive influence through the entire process. When I start to get too hard on myself, Nicole has always provided the support to help me recognize how much progress I've made with both my nutrition and my habits. She's also helped me reinforce better habits with creative ways to keep me accountable and make things easier. It’s also been really helpful to see her and other BIN coaches sharing their own meals and treats, proving that you can still see results without giving up the things you enjoy. I'm still just getting started, and I can't wait to see what she can help me achieve!
