I joined Black Iron Nutrition because I wanted to gain better eating habits and find someone I could trust. Before nutrition coaching I could never get myself to eat enough food. Now I have learned how much my body needs to feel my best and I am giving my body the fuel it needs. Over the course of my experience I only fluctuated a few pounds but my body composition changed dramatically. I not only learned about calories but also fiber, added sugar, sleep, and the importance of getting in my fruits and veggies.
