TESTIMONIAL 
I started BIN in April of 2019. I was fed up with feeling uncomfortable in my own skin and needed to do something about it. I had been athletic my whole life and played volleyball through college. After college, my weight fluctuated over the years as I would be consistent with working out and then fall off the wagon once again. 

I worked with other nutrition coaching programs, but ended up gaining all the weight back once I stopped. Those coaches didn't teach me any skills, they just told me what to eat and how much to eat. Eating rice, broccoli and turkey/fish every meal 4-6 times a day gets REAL OLD REAL QUICK. I stuck to this program for 3-4 months and lost A TON of weight, but gained it all back once I stopped the program because it wasn't a sustainable way of life or eating. Fast forward to 2019, my friend, Kayla, posted about BIN on her Insta stories, so I looked it up and debated on signing up. I needed something to keep me accountable and WOW did I find that when I signed up for BIN. Not only does my coach keep me accountable and give me a kick in the rear when I need it, but she has taught me so much about nutrition and how to stay full and how to get those micros in, all while enjoying eating and the food I'm eating. 

Starting BIN has literally been one of the best things I have ever done for myself. Not only do I finally feel comfortable in my own skin, but BIN has sparked a passion for nutrition in me. I love learning about it and talking to people about it. I just started the Precision Nutrition Level 1 course because I want to be able to help others like BIN has helped me. I am beyond thankful for the entire BIN team, y'all are changing lives!!
