Like most Black Iron clients, Dan started with us looking to learn more about his nutrition needs - with a goal to both lose some weight AND improve his performance at the gym. Since starting with BIN, we’ve watched him transition from an unsure athlete who had to convince himself to pursue competitive programming to someone who not only consistently completes workouts as prescribed, but in the last few months alone has made a 10# DL improvement, a :20 2k row improvement, and has finally hit a huge benchmark of 400 on the back squat - all while losing 25lbs from his starting weight.

He has a relentless commitment to the long-term plan, and has learned to pivot and adjust when circumstances call for it. His coach Morgan says she couldn’t ask for a more invested client. All of his success is well-deserved!
