I am so grateful that I was able to find Ryann when I did. I had received nutrition coaching before, but this was different. Ryann focused on changing small habits, day by day - drinking more water, getting more steps in, etc. I lost 20 pounds and healed from a year-long lifting injury while I was working with her. I also started lifting again!
More than that though, she helped me adjust my mindset and perspective. I previously had an all or nothing approach when it came to nutrition and exercise - and she helped me find balance, to set aside time for myself, to eat the things I wanted, and how to have a more positive outlook in general.
