The past two years of working with Coach Amanda May have been so awesome. I’ve been in both Performance and Lifestyle Nutrition Coaching, running ultramarathons while lifting heavy shit along the way, and Amanda has been right there with me, ready to help me pivot and adjust as needed when my training or life demanded it.
Amanda keeps me grounded. Old habits die hard, and it’s so easy for me to get emotional about how my body is changing during different training seasons and phases of life.
