I can’t possibly say enough about working with Diana. I had tried more approaches to eating/“dieting” than I’d even care to admit. Diana patiently taught me to institute consistency and stability in my nutrition. My body changed, undoubtably, but my mindset shifted far more. Gone are the days of beating myself up for eating and constantly trying to eat less. I’ve moved into finding ways to reasonably eat the things I enjoy while setting a healthier standard baseline for what a day of food looks like to me (e.g. - consistent intake of veggies, monitoring sodium, and consistent macro split).
