I started working with Ryann in March of 2023. For most of my life, I had been extremely active and fit but after having my second child (and emerging from the previous 2.5 years of pandemic life), I was more unhappy with myself than I’d ever been. Stress from work, kids, a frequently travelling husband--LIFE--all these things became an excuse for me to fall back on as to why I was where I was. I finally decided to stop loathing myself and took the leap with BIN, and I am so thankful I did. I anticipated so much more restriction around food, strict ‘rules’, excessive time spent working out, etc, but my experience with Ryann has been the complete opposite and I have learned so much these last 9 months. I’ve been eating WAY more food, the right combinations of foods, setting goals, reaching goals, and have made so much progress—not just physically, but mentally as well.  Ryann has been an amazing mentor in helping me understand the reasons why we make adjustments to my food intake/movement goals, how to fit those adjustments into my life, and still make progress. I can’t wait to continue building these habits and seeing more progress in 2024!
