We offer two different options depending on where you are at with your pregnancy and how your body feels:

  1. “Functional Fitness” style workouts. These look like workouts you would see in a functional fitness class. A warmup, strength piece, and then conditioning piece. All workouts are appropriate for your current week gestation and are modifiable along the way. Workouts are written with the idea that you have access to basic things you would find in a functional fitness gym. We will help provide subs if you are lacking certain equipment. This is a great option if you had been a consistent member at a functional fitness gym, or followed that kind of programming before pregnancy.

  2. “Strength and Conditioning” style workouts. This is a program of lower intensity built to maintain a baseline level of strength and cardiovascular capacity throughout your pregnancy. This is great for those who are used to working out at lower intensity before pregnancy, enjoy a conventional gym setting, or those that feel they are needing something involving more basic strength building movements with limited equipment. It can be done with mainly kettlebells, dumbbells, bands and any cardio machine - you will have the option of barbell and cable work if you have access to those things!

Both programs include a week by week PELVIC FLOOR AND CORE workout as well! Both of these options provide an amazing workout to help moms through the entire pregnancy. They work on foundational movements, structural balance, and maintaining the integrity of the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles to help you feel your strongest self through pregnancy and labor. You will also receive our 40-page Pelvic Floor and Core Ebook, written by our PFPT, as part of this training program.
