Main Programs

  • A well rounded approach to improve body composition and increase overall fitness. To be done in a one-hour time block, this program consists of a warm up, main lift, accessory superset, then finishes with a conditioning piece. Improve aesthetics while feeling the positive effects of a well-built fitness program!

  • For lifters who want to be fitter/faster and runners who want to be stronger. This program balances the unique stresses of running and lifting so that you can get the best of both worlds and become your fittest, fastest and strongest self. Distance options to choose to improve – 5k, 10k or half marathon.

  • For trail runners, hikers, backpackers, mountaineers and/or backcountry skiers who want to be in uphill shape year round, sun or snow. This program will build your ability to power uphill on uneven terrain with a pack on by building both strength and endurance so you can go on longer, steeper adventures to amazing places.

  • This program is for the barbell aficionado looking to become their strongest and most powerful self. Barbell movements dominate, featuring a solid mix of powerlifting (squat, bench, and deadlift) and weightlifting (snatch, and clean & jerk) to maximize strength and power.

  • This dumbbell and bodyweight only program is for anyone with limited access to gym equipment and wants to get an effective, FUNctional workout done in 40 minutes or less. This “do it anywhere” program will sharpen your physique, boost your energy levels, and have you feeling fit AF with minimal time commitment.

 

Add-On Programs

  • Thrust, squat and hinge your way to stronger, bigger glutes (the largest muscles of the human body!) with this "power-building" lower body add on program. Great for aesthetics and performance.

  • Designed to complement your strength training or be a stand-alone cardio program. Long days are steady state and continuous, short days are intense sprint workouts, medium days are traditional intervals.

  • A strong core usually means a strong life, not just having 6-pack abs. Reduce back pain, improve posture, gain a competitive edge for your sport, and/or have more visually appealing and defined abs.

  • For anyone looking to improve strength, stability and/or mobility for the snatch, clean & jerk and squat by incorporating drills and accessory movements that fill the gaps left by the traditional lifts alone.

  • Designed to complement your strength training. Best for those who enjoy adding functional fitness style workouts for cardio. Endurance athletes in need of cross training sessions will also benefit from this program.

  • This focuses on eccentric control and endurance for the DOWNHILL journey in outdoor sport. Our DPT created this program using skier and runner specific research to assist in injury prevention.
