When I enrolled in BIN two years ago I had one main goal: To re-establish a healthy relationship with food. While I wanted to lose some weight and improve some things in the gym, I knew deep down that to make any other type of progress I would need to unlearn extremely bad habits from a previous “coach” and improve the way that I viewed food as a fuel source for everything I wanted my body to be able to do. Only once that relationship was healed would the other pieces fall into place.

My coach Ryann has been an absolute blessing to me and my progress - mentally and physically. During our time together, she has taken the time to get to know me and my life to best be able to coach me. Ryann has helped me create better habits, navigate a global pandemic, become more confident in myself and learn that the scale isn’t the only form of measurement of success.

I’m ecstatic to be starting my third year of coaching with Ryann and I could not imagine being along on this journey with anyone else. It’s been a long ride so far, and I’ve been a difficult client at times, but I know that at the end of the day Ryann has my back and this slow and steady process has me making more progress for the long term than I could have ever imagined.
