TESTIMONIAL 
I debated sharing these photos because everybody’s body is different and there’s nothing wrong with my before photos at all! I’ve been working with Black Iron Nutrition for 5 months now and I am happy with how my body has changed!! My weight has gone down but that was not really my goal. (I lost about 15 pounds, 3 pounds a month or so). My goal was to create healthy habits around food and fitness. I owe so much to Black Iron Nutrition for changing my outlook on health!!!

Some of my non-scale victories:

  • My resting heart rate has gone down 9 bpm

  • I lost 4.5” around my waist 

  • I lost 5.5” around my hips

  • My lifts have gotten stronger

  • Bodyweight exercises have become easier

  • My cardio is better

  • My digestion is better

  • I learned how to cook better

  • I eat food to fuel my body, but I also have treats and yummy snacks that fit my plan

So, although there’s nothing wrong with my before photos, I am happy to be healthier and fitter. Fitness makes me happy. I’ve learned that nutrition is part of that. Big thank you to BIN for changing my outlook on nutrition and food!!!

And instead of following the next fad diet, I highly encourage you to learn how to fuel your body for LIFE. Not for “quick weight loss”. It’s not worth the yo-yo. It’s unhealthy. You are beautiful as is. The BEST thing you can do for yourself is make your nutrition what your body NEEDS, and exercise, even if it’s just a little bit, each week.
