PURPOSE OF LIFESTYLE LITE
To provide you, the client, with accountability, macro adjustments, habit tracking, and quick feedback/coaching. This program does not include in-depth coaching/feedback or communication between check ins. This program doesn’t have a macro-free coaching option.
YOU, THE CLIENT, AGREE THAT YOU:
Are only looking for accountability, macro adjustments, and habits to track
Will not need support between weekly check ins
Have experience tracking food/macros
Have a general idea of how to meet protein, carb, and fat targets given to you
Have a general idea of how to build balanced meals
GUIDELINES FOR CHECK-INS WITH YOUR COACH
The software will prompt you when your check-in is due each week. You’ll respond to the check-in questions with a number on a scale of 1-5 or Y/N, then be given a few chances to explain your week to your coach. Answer the questions as honestly as you can. The more data you provide at check-in, the better we can help. Depending on your goals, things like weigh-ins, measurements, and photos will allow us to help to the best of our ability to track fluctuations and your response to certain macronutrients.
Your check-in will be replied to within 24 hours with macro and habit tweaks (if warranted). You’ll also receive a reply with quick feedback from your coach.
NO SUPPORT BETWEEN CHECK INS
This service does not include communication with your coach between checks in. If you feel like you want or need to communicate with your coach between check ins, our Lite service might not be the right fit for you. If you need to tell your coach something, ask a question, or cancel your service, we kindly ask you wait for your check in to do so. If you do send your coach a message between check ins, it won’t be replied to until your check in.
