CHELSEA MYNTTI
she/her
Chelsea grew up in Granite Falls, WA, where her love for the outdoors and exploring the mountains developed from a young age. While attending the University of Washington, Chelsea competed in bodybuilding and powerlifting. However, her focus shifted to ultra-running and endurance sports in 2018 after being diagnosed with SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth). The transition from weight-based sports to trail running helped Chelsea heal a years-long broken relationship with food and recognize the importance of fueling her body for performance and recovery.
In 2019, Chelsea relocated to Boulder to pursue her MBA at the University of Colorado. It was here she was exposed to rock climbing, backcountry skiing, and technical mountaineering. Chelsea fell in love with these sports and began incorporating them into her regular routine, along with running. Colorado is the perfect playground for Chelsea to explore and develop her skills on dirt, snow, and rock. She coaches runners and other endurance athletes, and her primary focus is helping others reach their wellness and performance goals through proper nutrition.
