Chia Seed Pudding

Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of choice (I used low-fat milk)

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp sweetener of choice (I used maple syrup)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Fresh fruit or topping of your choice (strawberries, blueberries, granola, shredded coconut, yogurt, etc.)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a glass jar with a lid

  2. Seal the lid and shake until everything's combined

  3. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight
