Highlight: First marathon, crushed his goal by over 15 minutes!

I completed every single workout except one, due to travel issues beyond my control. Chelsea also encouraged me to work on the mental side of the marathon by building a habit of daily self-affirmations, along with giving me weekly pep-talks.
