Legal Agreement
Liability Release
I, The Client, hereby releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless Black Iron Training and Black Iron Nutrition from any and all manner of actions, causes of action, suits, proceeding, debts, dues, contracts, judgments, damages, claims, and demands whatsoever in law or equity stemming from the agreement between the below-mentioned parties. The Client expressly agrees that this release, waiver, and indemnity clause are intended to be broad and inclusive, and if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed the balance shall notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect. The Client has carefully read the foregoing release and indemnification clause and understand the contents thereof.
Being aware of my own health and physical condition, and having knowledge that my participation in any exercise program may be injurious to my health, am voluntarily participating in a physical activity.
We urge you to obtain a physical examination from a doctor before using any exercise equipment or participating in any exercise activity. You agree that by participating in physical exercise or training activities, you do so entirely at your own risk.
Having such knowledge, I hereby acknowledge this release, and representatives, agents and successors of Black Iron Training and Black Iron Nutrition from liability for accidental injury or illness which I may incur as a result in participating in the said physical activity and programming. I hereby assume all risks connected therewith and consent to participate in said program.
I am aware and agree that by signing this waiver and release I give up my right to begin legal action or assert a claim against Black Iron Training or Black Iron Nutrition for my voluntary participation in their programs.
Subscription Cancellation Policy
I understand that I have signed up for a subscription that is non-transferable and non-refundable. I can cancel my subscription at any time by notifying training@blackironnutrition.com at least three business days prior to my account bill date. I understand that I am responsible for the full subscription fee in the billing cycle for which I cancel. Additionally, cancellations/removal from TrainHeroic is not canceling your subscription and will not be honored.
