GUIDELINES FOR MESSAGING YOUR COACH
PURPOSE OF PERFORMANCE GOLD
To assist you, the client, with help beyond one check in a week via direct contact and support with your coach through WhatsApp. You will still check in weekly within the software, but also 1-3x a week through messaging when you need help with something more specific in order to meet your macros and/or to make choices that will help you feel your best.
MESSAGE AVAILABILITY AND BOUNDARIES
Your coach will be available for messaging via WhatsApp approximately 10-15 hours per week. Your coach will provide you with their available hours upon receiving your completed sign up form. As a client, you are welcome to message your coach outside of their messaging days/hours (within reason), but coaches will reply to their message during the hours they’ve set. This program IS NOT unlimited messaging between a coach and client to chat about life or send late night messages asking “what do I eat with this many macros left?”, or a crisis hotline. This program IS a way to contact your coach when you need their support outside of a weekly software check-in in order to make better choices.
The goal with messaging is to help you, the client, during the week in times of need that can’t wait until check in. Examples of appropriate reasons for sending a message to your coach include things like:
Help with making a grocery list or grocery shopping
Help with planning meals
Help with food choices
Help with eating out
Help with tracking
Help with bad body image days
Help with high stress days/situations, etc.
ALSO INCLUDED WITH THIS PROGRAM
One 20-30 min Zoom call each month to talk goals and answer questions
