MOLLY KEMPEL
she/her
Molly first followed her love of working out to a career in personal training in 2012, and over the next five years worked with a wide range of clients from high school athletes to weekend warriors, designing exercise and nutrition programs to help them feel and perform their best. After a few years off to raise her daughter she found herself back in the wellness space in 2019, this time focused on finding ways to use nutrition to help treat her family’s rare form of genetic diabetes. Through that journey she discovered functional nutrition and the idea that dietary choices can help support more than just athletic performance; they can also help bring relief to long standing chronic conditions and symptoms. As a diabetic athlete she brings both of these worlds together, constantly experimenting and learning to understand the impacts that certain dietary changes have on performance, mood, energy levels and specific biomarkers.
Molly looks at nutrition as a powerful tool that we can all leverage to help us meet our goals; whether that’s performing your best in an athletic event, getting through the day with enough energy to chase your kids, or finding relief from long standing symptoms, your nutrition is a big part of the equation and she wants to help you understand how to use it to your advantage. Her programs are focused on giving you the knowledge you need to support your personal goals without having to redesign your entire life or follow an overly complicated program- because wellness should enhance your life, not consume it.
