Schedule Your Session
Select a coach and time for your Lifestyle Strategy Session. This session provides expert, personalized support to help you achieve your health and wellness goals, whether you’re working toward weight loss, muscle gain, improved well-being, or creating sustainable habits for a balanced lifestyle.
Complete Your Intake Form
After scheduling your video or phone call with the coach of your choice, you'll receive an intake form to fill out. This form includes questions about your nutrition history, current nutrition, lifestyle and goals, providing us with valuable insights to better understand you and your needs before your call.
Talk To A Coach
At the scheduled time of your call, your coach will reach out to discuss your goals and lifestyle by asking a few more questions about you. This call serves as an opportunity for you to ask questions, clarify any concerns and receive personalized guidance from our team.
Receive Your Recommendations
Within 48 hours of your call, you'll receive a personalized document outlining your nutrition recommendations, along with actionable habits to help you reach your goals. Your coach will highlight metrics in need of improvement and provide guidance on how to make sustainable changes.
*If after your session you decide 1-on-1 coaching would be a better fit, just let us know and we will apply a $50 credit to your first 3 months of coaching.
