My experience with Black Iron Nutrition and with Kelly has been amazing. I learned so much about my mind and body. As someone who struggles with consistency, setting myself up for success the night before by prepping my food for the next day was incredibly helpful.
Kelly was there for me during difficult times in life and reminded me to give myself grace and not to be so hard on myself. People cope differently, and it’s okay to not be 100% all the time. Our Zoom calls and check-ins truly made me reflect on the idea that ‘food is fuel’ and that I can eat anything in moderation.
I feel more comfortable and confident in my own skin than ever before! Kelly helped heal my relationship with food and tracking macros, and I couldn’t be more thankful for everything she has done for me.
